A Call to Counsel and Care

Have you ever considered that you are a counselor? When you speak a word of encouragement to a brother or sister who is suffering from a physical illness, lovingly confront your friend’s sin, or teach a new believer what to think about putting off habits from their life before Christ, counseling is happening. Therefore, it is critical that we ask and answer the question: What sort of counselor does God call me to be? This booklet explores what distinguishes biblical counseling from other counseling approaches and examines the definition of biblical counseling.
